Pilot project

The company Grid One is implementing a pilot project for the client HEP ODS during which 300 ODS metering points with smart meters will be equipped with a device for reading measured data from the meter. The device connects to the local WiFi network and sends data to the user application in the cloud. Using the application, the user of the metering point can remotely control his consumption and other values measured by the meter in almost real time. Smart meters measure the flow of electricity in both directions, so users who own a solar power plant can monitor how much electricity they have delivered to the grid. Users who participate in the pilot receive the device for free, and the service of using the application is free for a year. At the end of the project, pilot participants will receive a special offer to continue using the service, but they are under no obligation to purchase a commercial service.
